Booking and Exchange Policy
Bookings are essential. I do not facilitate walk-ins, as all treatments are prepared and planned in advanced. A booking can be made in advance, through any form of contact listed on the home page, each booking is manually scheduled, so all you need to do and let me know your preferred day, date, time, and the treatment you would love to book. You also have the option of a recurring booking at a timeline that suits you, whether it be monthly, every 6 weeks or even every 3 months.
Between 72 – 48 hours I will confirm your booking via text message or messenger, upon your confirmation, your entire treatment cost will be invoiced to you, at our preferred exchange via Square Card Processing. This exchange confirms your booking, and a receipt will be issued. A cash exchange can be arranged with prior notification and receipt issued.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of 50% of the full price of the booked Treatment will be payable if notice is not received via any form of contact listed on the home page, a minimum 24 hours before scheduled appointment time. The only exception to this will be a medical emergency or sudden illness.
No Shows Policy
If a client forgets or chooses to not attend their booked Treatment without notification, it will be considered a no-show. The client will be charged at the full rate for the missed appointment, the confirmed booking exchange will not be reimbursed, and future bookings denied until full payment is received if payment was arranged for a cash exchange.
Late Arrival Policy
A client’s late arrival will require that I end the session at the scheduled time, meaning that the client’s session will unfortunately be shorter. Bookings are reserved and scheduled for the allocated timeframe of the booking only and cannot impede on another client’s bookings. If time permits at the end of your scheduled appointment, and it does not impede on another client, I will endeavour to make up the time. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, the client will be required to pay for the entire booked session and will not be reimbursed for the lesser treatment time.
